REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Submission Guidelines

• The presentation language for submissions will be Turkish and English. However, all abstracts must be prepared in English.
• The abstract texts for submissions will be uploaded to the system after online registration by clicking on the submission system again and following the necessary steps. (After adding the authors, do not forget to mark the presenter using the star icon!)
• Abstracts will be collected via the online abstract submission system. Submissions sent via email will not be evaluated.
• The entire abstract, excluding the title of the work, the author's name, and surname, should not exceed 500 words.
• The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be specified.
• If an abbreviation is used within the abstract, its full form must be stated in parentheses.
• If any institution is to be acknowledged, it should be added to the relevant field during registration.

Poster Preparation Rules

• The dimensions of the poster should be 70 (horizontal) x 90 (vertical) cm.
• Posters should be prepared as a single piece.
• A 2 cm margin should be left on the top, bottom, right, and left edges of the poster page.
• The poster title should be written in 60-point, bold font; ensure the title does not exceed two lines. For author names and contact addresses, 30-point bold font should be used, and for other sections, 16-18-point font should be used; the name and surname of the author presenting the poster should be underlined.
• The text should preferably be presented in two columns, with figures placed in between.
• Section headings in the text should be written in 24-point, bold font.

Bildiri Yükleme

• Bildirilerin sunum dili Türkçe ve İngilizce olacaktır. Ancak tüm özetler İngilizce olarak hazırlanmalıdır.
• Bildirilerin özet metinleri, online kayıttan sonra yine bildiri gönderim sistemini tıklayarak ve gerekli adımları izleyerek sisteme yüklenecektir (Yazarları ekledikten sonra yıldız ikonunun yardımıyla sunum yapacak kişiyi işaretlemeyi unutmayınız!)
• Özetler, online bildiri özet sistemi üzerinden toplanacaktır. E-posta ortamında gönderilen bildiriler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
• Özetin tamamı, çalışma başlığı, yazarın adı, soyadı hariç olmak üzere 500 kelimeyi geçmemelidir.
• Yazarların çalıştıkları kurumların adları ve adresleri mutlaka belirtilmelidir.
• Özet içinde kısaltma kullanılması halinde, kısaltmanın açık adı parantez içinde belirtilmelidir.
• Eğer herhangi bir kuruma teşekkür edilecekse, kayıt esnasında ilgili alana eklenmelidir.

Poster Hazırlama Kuralları

• Posterin boyutları 70 (yatay) x 90 (düşey) cm olmalıdır.
• Posterler tek parça halinde hazırlanmalıdır.
• Poster sayfasının üst, alt, sağ ve sol kenarlarından 2 cm boşluk bırakılmalıdır.
• Posterin başlığı 60 punto ve koyu (bold) olarak yazılmalı; başlığın iki satırı geçmemesine özen gösterilmelidir. Yazar isimleri ve iletişim adresleri için 30 punto ve koyu, diğer bölümler için 16-18 punto büyüklüğünde harfler kullanılmalı; posteri sunacak yazarın adı ve soyadı altı çizili olmalıdır.
• Metnin iki kolon halinde, arada şekiller yer alacak şekilde verilmesi tercih edilmelidir.
• Metinde bölüm başlıkları 24 punto ve koyu olarak yazılmalıdır.
